Aktieinvest FK AB (hereafter ”Aktieinvest”) was acquired in 2023 by Söderberg & Partners Holding AB with the ambition of improving the customer experience and offering for Aktieinvest’s customers. As part of this, Aktieinvest’s operations will, by the end of 2024, be transferred to the digital savings platform Levler, a part of Söderberg & Partners Wealth Management AB (hereafter ”Levler”). This transfer means that by the end of 2024, you will become a customer of Levler. We will handle the transition for you and continuously inform you about what is happening. 

When you become a customer of Levler, you will notice a number of improvements that make it easier to trade both stocks and funds, as well as get an overview of your savings. Levler’s app and website have been developed with the user experience in focus. You will be able to log in to Levler using BankID. The first time you log in, you will need to answer a few questions so that Levler can meet the Know Your Customer requirements. Aktieinvest’s customer service will move to Levler, so you will continue to have good accessibility and the same appreciated service that you have today.

When will the transfer take place?
The transfer will take place at the end of 2024, with the planned start on November 16. Later this fall, we will provide more information about the exact date of your individual transfer. 

Do I need to do anything because of the transfer?
You don’t need to do anything right now. The transfer will happen automatically, and we will continuously provide you with further relevant information. If you wish, you can already try Levler by download and log into Levler’s app or visiting levler.se. You always have the right to end your customer relationship with Aktieinvest, and this will, of course, also be the case with Levler. 

What will happen to your holdings
The transfer means we will move your holdings of funds, stocks, individual pension savings (IPS), and cash to Levler. Before the transfer, there will be a change in Aktieinvest’s offering as the “Andelsorder” service will be discontinued. If you have holdings in fractions as part of this service, they will be sold before the transfer, a transaction which Aktieinvest will handle for you. The proceeds from the sale will be included in the transfer to Levler. Levler will offer a new service equivalent to “Andelsorder” 

How will my monthly savings plan be affected?
 Levler will offer monthly savings in stocks. When you log into Levler’s app or website, you will have the opportunity to easily start your monthly savings again. If you have used the “Andelsorder” service, Levler’s equivalent service will allow you to continue your monthly savings and invest all or part of the proceeds received from the sale of the fractions. This can happen as soon as you have become a customer of Levler.

Changes to terms and prices
Aktieinvest has decided to make some changes to the terms, which will come into effect in two months and before the transfer. The most significant changes relate to the possibility of transferring customer agreement and handling corporate actions, such as reinvestment of dividends, participation in rights issues, and registration for participation in general meetings. There will also be changes in how we provide information to you (see below). Aktieinvest’s price list will also be adjusted, with the changes taking effect at the time of transfer. From now on, we will primarily communicate via email, so we kindly ask you to ensure that we have the correct email address for you. You can do this by logging into the online service, going to ”My Pages,” ”Settings,” and selecting ”Profile Settings.”
